About
I have spent fourteen years in enterprise software — most of it in solutions and pre-sales, making complicated platforms usable by the people who actually have to run them. Vendor side at Atlassian, partner side before and after. I have built pre-sales practices from scratch at three organisations and led them as a player-coach. These days I split my time between building AI products, teaching people to build with AI, and advising organisations trying to get it into production.
I should be precise about how I build, because it matters. I do not hand-write code. I am what you would now call a power vibecoder — I work with AI to design, build and ship, and what I bring to it is everything else: the SDLC, the DevOps, the AWS architecture, and the product judgement to know what should exist and when a thing is actually done.
That is not a shortcut, and it is the opposite of a disclaimer. Anyone can get an AI to produce something that runs on a laptop. Knowing what good looks like, what will fall over under load, what an operations team will have to live with at 2am — that part took a career, and it is the part that decides whether any of this reaches production.

- 2015 – 2020MicroGenesis Techsoft, Bangalore — Atlassian consultant, then Lead Engineer for ALM & DevOps, then Technical Solutions Manager.
- 2020 – 2023Atlassian, Bangalore — Technical Account Manager and pre-sales Solution Engineer across APAC, then Technical Partner Manager. Among the first India-based hires in customer-facing technical sales.
- 2023 – 2024enreap, Pune — Pre-Sales Manager for enterprise products and solutions across India, the Gulf, the UK and Singapore.
- 2024 – nowDesign Industries — Head of Solutions & AI Practice, remote from Pune for a Melbourne-headquartered Atlassian Solution Partner. Built their AI practice from zero, including the Diya agentic platform.
- 2026 – nowFounder & CEO of Thompson Consulting — product development and AI consulting.
